Hair
Balding - The cause may be too much DHT, a form of testosterone. DHT interferes with the hair's growth cycle, making it easier for it to fall out and more difficult for it to grow back. Some foods that help reduce DHT formation are pumpkin seeds, green tea, and zinc.

Losing Eyebrows - if you are losing your eyebrows in the outer part, it may be because of a hypo-thyroid issue. It occurs when your body's iodine level decreases and your thyroid gland can't produce the thyroid hormone. So you might need some iodine.

Baggy eyes - having puffiness under the eyes or even on top of the eye may be because of insulin resistance or a kidney problem. Your kidney is highly affected by sugar levels, and a high-carb diet worsens it. If your kidney is backed up with fluid, you will see it under the eye.
