If they have 100,000 followers but only get 10 likes per post, I’d RUN. You should be cautious of fake engagement and fake results. Having a quality founder will reassure you are working with a quality company.

Timing. I understand that there is not time like the present, but do you really need to hire an agency at this present moment? Could you do better with a freelancer or VA to handle tasks? Agencies can come with a premium.
