Mashman Properties' Business Model and Breakdown

I launched Mashman Properties on January 7th, 2022 less than a week after launching Mashman Investments. Mashman Properties is my private real estate investment firm and will be the owner of multiple kinds of real estate related assets.

Owning real estate is something I believe every person should engage in. I bought my first two parcels of land at 21 and the feeling I experienced when I stepped onto my dirt was unparalleled. Out of all commodities and investments, they aren't making more land.

Land however, is not the only real estate Mashman Properties will acquire. In the years and decades to come we will purchase various kinds of commercial real estate such as hotels, malls, and strip malls. Invest in funds, coworking spaces, and development projects.

We will also continue purchasing vacant parcels of land throughout the United States and potentially internationally in places such as Africa, Europe, and South America. Parcel sizes will vary from small lots to hundreds of thousands of acres.

The firm will initially be funded through my private capital until it gets to the point where it is revenue positive and is receiving enough income via investments to sustain itself.

What Mashman Properties Avoids: Buying single family houses and apartments. We believe in individual home ownership and do not want to be the massive business that owns the roof families live under.
