1. The 5-4-3-2-1 method
Working backward from 5, use your senses to list things you notice around you.
5 Things you hear
4 Things you see
3 Things you can touch
2 Things you can smell
1 Thing you can taste
This method is quite common, but it has helped me breathe a few times.

2. Going for a walk or Run
When the stress gets high and the walls close in, I reach for my running shoes. Walking or running is perfect for clearing your head and refocusing your mind. Concentrate on your steps and rhythm, it's a good distraction.

4. Breathing in a square. it sounds a little funny but it does the trick.
imagine a square and a little dot in the left corner of that square, the little dot is your breathing. you gonna breathe in for 4 secs and imagine the dot traveling upwards once it reaches the top left

you going to breathe out and imagine the dot traveling straight to the top right corner. If a square is not to your liking you can change the shape but I found the square works the best.
