"I like Peterson's rule #5 "Don't allow your children to make you dislike them." I like the way he's against the current trend in society to be overprotective of children, to not let them make mistakes, to regulate everything.

"Despite all the suffering there are random moments of joy throughout your day. Look for those!"

"It's pointless to compare yourself with others because you're never going to get an accurate picture of where they are in terms of happiness or fulfillment. It's not something you can know as an outsider."

"You don't want liberal points of view getting too strong - feminism, political correctness, etc. because people will fight back and it will lead to more extreme far right groups coming to the forefront."
