1. Write Down Your Ideas
Do not rely on your memory to recall your ideas, write them. We have millions of thoughts every day. The majority of these thoughts serve no purpose, but the remaining few are vital; write them down and act on them.

How I Implemented it?
I always have a notebook on my desk, and if I go for a stroll or do anything else, I record my thoughts as a voice note or text message. Knowing that I will be able to use or implement it later eases my concerns.

What have I gotten out of it?
This straightforward habit assisted me in generating ideas consistently and I was able to post content across various social media platforms consistently for more than three years. It gave me more mental space to focus and complete other tasks.

2. Take A Pause Before You Respond:
Every time you get into a heated argument with your family, friends, spouse, or coworkers, Pause before responding, and if possible, remove yourself from the situation; do not yield to your animal instincts in the heat of the moment.

How I Implemented it?
Journaling assisted me in managing my emotions and recognizing mental patterns, which explained why I was reacting rather than responding to a situation. When I heard something that made me angry, I mentally waited 5 seconds before saying anything.

What I have gotten out of it?
I had time to explore various views, avoid unneeded disputes, and become more aware of how my emotions play a role in my personal and professional interactions, persuading me to do things I hadn't planned on doing in the first place.

3. Read Something Everyday:
In today's time, where our brains are burned with cheap dopamine from short videos and other forms of content are robbing us of our capacity to focus on a single activity, reading is both beneficial for the mind and a great method to consume content.
