LBTIQ( Queer) facing sexual harassment in the twenty first century

Some forms of sexual harassment e.g rape are against law in almost every country in the world. Uninvited physical intimacy is illegal for all humans, including LGBTIQ, gender non-conforming, and heterosexuals. Sexual assault is motivated by power rather than sexual attraction.

Support for established gender norms and gender bias is linked to increased victim blaming and rape myth acceptance. In a situation where a male is a perpetrator and a female is a victim, powerlessness is a threat to women.

This increases the personal feelings of possible victimization among women. Despite the fact that LGBTIQ is legal in the majority of nations, some people still have opposing views on this sexuality. Many criticize the act saying it is unethical.

There is shockingly widespread LGBIT sexual harassment at work, but few people come forward with their stories because they are too afraid to speak up. Some are threatened with death. Some of them die in mysterious circumstances.

Many human rights commissions have been established around the world to assist in the resolution of such cases, as it was clear that most LGBTQ people struggled to obtain legal redress in some countries, mainly the developing countries.

Lesbian parents face prejudice because of their sexual orientation, as well as public hatred and legislation that results in loss of custody and restrictions on adoption.
