The Indian Women

I was a Child: I need to wash the dishes, clean the house and lot more. Hello World, I am Durgamma, by this time you may have understood that I am a housewife, never dare to ask my age because I don't even know, when I was born. But I got married at the age of nearly 11 years.

I was called a Mother: I am a mother of four kids. My childhood was lost in making the childhood of my kids, this is not just in my case, but in the lives of many other women of India. I cook well, that might be the reason, why there will be a traffic of relatives at my home.

I was called a Mother-in -law: I wanted my three girl children to study, But it was the 19's era, I made my girls get married, I have a boy child who was raised up with great nurturing and I regret for not being strict in his life, Since he is the only male child of mine.

I was called a Grandma: In the early 20's I started being called as the grandma, well the experience was great. I have seen three generations of my family, I feel proud to say that I am women who had the opportunity, to make my family strong, healthy, wealthy and happy.

Now in the heaven, I feel blessed when my children and grand children walk in the path that I taught them by valuing my teachings and respecting my ambitions that take their lives to greater heights and for a Indian women like me her family is a wholesome Diamond to her.
