9 copywriting tips to improve your content:
1/ Be direct
Complex copy might sound cool.
But direct and simple copy gets read.
It’s cool to sound savvy.
It’s better to be understood.

2/ Use the “I”
Everybody tells you to use and abuse the word “you”.
I’m a fan of the word “I”.
Just look at the example below:
1. “Here’s how you can make $100k a month on LinkedIn”
2. “Here’s how I made $100k a month using LinkedIn”
Which one sounds more believable?

3/ Shorten it down
If you can say it with less words.
Say it.

4/ Swap weak words with strong words
People want to hear from people with conviction.
Stop trying to protect yourself with words.
Be bold about what you believe in.

5/ Use numbers
Don’t say:
“Most people don’t post on LinkedIn”
Say:
“Only 1% of active users post on LinkedIn”

6/ Get specific
Don’t say:
“We provide the best LinkedIn services”
Say:
“We’ll help you get 1M views a month and 10+ booked calls through LinkedIn”

7/ Spend more time on the hook
If you’re not hooking people in, the rest of your copy is pointless.
Yes — it is that important.

8/ Get great at storytelling
Good stories make the world go round.
If you want to be more persuasive, tell better stories.

9/ Make your copy visually appealing.
This is especially important on social media.
People skim through most posts.
You want to make sure they stop to read yours.
