My Start In Podcasting & My Early Shows
One of the first things I did when I was a young and eager entrepreneur, excited to jump into the business space and grow my personal brand was launch a podcast. I saw leaders who I looked up to at the time like Gary Vee who would blast out content every single day.

As a senior in highschool, I'd sit in the library during my free periods watching endless vlogs from him and digesting every piece of information. So, I started The Isaac Mashman Show. That endeavour lasted a little over a year and I would publish random thoughts and things.

Needless to say, I didn't stick to that podcast, nor do I follow Vaynerchuk today although I have nothing but love for the guy. My first show ultimately led me to launch one with more organization and direction. It began as "The Hustler's Choice Podcast."

Whereas my first show highlighted my early mindset shifts, this was for interviews and bits and pieces of business advice. After about a year I pivoted and rebranded the entire thing to "Chase the Vision with Isaac Mashman." Another step up and in the right direction.

Continuing to use the same podcast feed as The Hustler's Choice, I changed the introduction, improved the setup and editing, and shared a broad range of information that addressed becoming the person required to as I said, chase your vision. I labeled it under education.

I interviewed business leaders like Dennis Yu and the founders of Popl, Head of Music Partnerships at Cameo Mat Devine, opened the stage for my clients and friends I deemed on the right path to talk about what they had going on. I also published fiery monologues.

It would go on to grow larger than any of my previous podcast attempts, chart in random countries around the world, and generate thousands of streams but as I grew alongside my business acumen and distaste for cliches, I felt it was the cliche. Not good.

From the start, I was figuring out what I wanted in life, how much I wanted to share my personal brand, and obsessing over how things would affect the perception. It was a massive learning process and involved getting burned, to get stronger.

So, soon after passing the 100th episode celebration joined by my Chief Consultant Eric Chow, and Canadian native and host of Tea with Mike, Michael Johnson I made the announcement...
"Chase the Vision is Ending..."
