Mashman Investments' Business Model and Breakdown

I founded Mashman Investments on January 3rd, 2022. It's the second business under the MASHMAN umbrella and acts as my private investment firm.

Albeit, the title private investment covers a wide range of investments, in the years and decades to come, our focus will point towards crowdfunds, pre-seed and seed startups, and stocks. This does not mean the firm won't have other investments, but when making decisions...

We are also interested in advisory shares in companies which is really just a fancy term for being compensated for professional advice rather than capital investment. With an allegiance with Mashman Ventures, my PR firm and my experience in personal branding...

We will be able to contribute to a business' growth through leveraging their founders' and executive team's personal brands via organic and high traffic channels. There should be a minimal 0.25% advisory share for these services.

As for the initial capital required, I as the founder and lead role will continue funding the endeavor as necessary until the revenue received from our investments such as profit shares and dividends are ample enough to supply continued growth.

What Mashman Investments Is Not: At no point in time will Mashman Investments handle or manage the finances for other individuals. We do not engage in management, sales, or any other kind of financial services including but not limited to advice and guidance.
