When you write your Memos with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in mind, it's much easier for the likes of Google, Bing, and DuckDuckGoGo to discover your work and rank it higher in their results. Here are some tips:

Titles. Use titles that are specific (using keywords that you want to rank high on) and concise.“Elizabeth Holmes: A Psychological Profile” is better than “Trying to get inside the head of Elizabeth H the tech founder.”

Consistent text and title. The body of your Memo should correspond to your Memo title. If your title includes the keywords “Bitcoin Bust” for instance, make sure those keywords are repeated 2-5 times in the body of the Memo, including once in the first bullet point.

This Memo on finance guru Raoul Pal consistently ranks No. 1 on Google for the search “Raoul Pal bio”. There were plenty of results for a general "Raoul Pal" search but not many providing dense, reliable biographical information. Be specific to win.

Be concise. Make your Memo bullets to the point, factual, and rich in keywords you want to rank for. Verbose, rambling or disjointed text is a turnoff for Google.

Bolding. Use bold to highlight relevant phrases in the text of each Memo bullet point. Do it once every three bullet points so as not to saturate the Memo.

Backlinks. Google considers backlinks (links from websites and social platforms to your Memo) to be a key ranking signal. This is a strong reason for seeding and sharing your Memos on other platforms like Reddit or Twitter - Google sees them as having high credibility.
