• Believe in yourself Becoming a content creator is not easy. It's a simple formula, but not an easy one. You will need to: 1. Know what you want 2. Create your plan 3. Do your work To be successful, you will need to believe in yourself.

• Change the model 50% of businesses survive three years. 10% of businesses survive five years. Traditional entrepreneurs build a product, or an idea, and try to market it to an unknown audience. You will use a different model.

• Be patient Because you're reversing the model, money won't come immediately. It will take you approximately 2+ years to make it happen. You will generally be 18 months until your first part-time hire and 26 months to build an ongoing sustainable business.

• Build your audience Build and invest in your audience. When you do, you'll know them better than anyone. You'll know their pain points, needs and desires, and they will trust you for it. They'll rely on your content, and will be prospects ready to buy from you.

• Find your sweet spot Your sweet spot is the intersection between: 1. Your expertise 2. Your audience's desires List all of your strengths and do not be humble. Match your strengths up with your target audience, and niche down as much as you possibly can.

• Niche down Get to the smallest audience possible and then go smaller and smaller. You cannot be too niche if everyone else goes too wide. You want your niche to be small enough for you to become a leading expert if you deliver consistently for a long enough time.

• Establish your Tilt Your content tilt can be a combination of two strong skill sets as you niche down. The skill sets should make sense as a pair while being unique, such as: • Finance and Psychology • copywriting and fitness expert • Accounting and content creation

• Create your category Use Google Trends: Put in your topics to see: • what's hot • what's new • what's trending • what people aren't thinking of Ask yourself what platforms aren't people on who have your skillset? Bring your Tilt to a new platform and dominate it.

• Have an Avatar Your Avatar represents your audience. Your content should always be tailored to your Avatar. You should ask yourself: • What are their pain points • How can you solve those pains • What info do they want from you
