Alexander always led from the front. He was first over the wall in a siege, first in the diamond formation during a cavalry charge, bore all his scars on the front of his body, was first up & last to sleep. His actions spoke louder than any command ever could.

Alexander sought not wealth, but immortality. He conquered the known world not for riches, but as an answer to a divine calling, a pursuit of glorious destiny. He disciplined the entire army for looting, despite their greatest military victory at Gaugamela.
